  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of any wear or damage.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
